Subscriptions
Starter, Pro and Personal are purchased on the website and billed monthly. A 7-day free trial applies to every plan; cancel anytime before it ends to avoid being charged.
The app is free
The VELIX app is free to download. Using it requires an active subscription purchased on the website.
Fair use of minutes
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of in-app call minutes. We'll notify you as you approach your limit; nothing is charged automatically without your consent.
AI-generated content
VELIX and your connected AI can make mistakes. Review anything drafted on your behalf before relying on it, especially for anything sent to other people or involving money or legal matters.
Not for emergencies
VELIX is not an emergency service and must never be used to contact emergency services.
Personal plan phone calls
If you enable the Personal plan's phone calling feature, you're responsible for ensuring you have the right to receive AI-generated calls at the number provided, consistent with your local rules (for example the US TCPA or UK PECR).
Cancellation
Cancel anytime from your account's billing page. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
